Dan and his team created us a separate walk in shower. We were nervous about getting the right tradesperson to do this as we knew the importance of angling the tiles correctly to ensure the right ‘fall’ of the water. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, Craig was a pleasure to have around and clearly very skilled in his trade; how he did such complicated cuts for the floor I’ll never know! He tanked the entire area, sorted the drainage, laid the tiles and grouted them perfectly. A year on, and we’ve had no issues whatsoever! My husband has recommend Dan and the team numerous times since, and has always had excellent feedback from the people who have used him.

Danny and his team were the main players and stars of the production called “ The Barn - what the hell have we done! “ show , featuring the transformation of a barn and garage conversion
Thankfully the production was well planned and executed with professionalism and a huge dose of much needed humour, support and honesty . Expert advice coupled with the inevitable set and script changes ( plus cake) resulted in a home we are utterly delighted and completely love!

After glowing reviews from my parents who had a significant project competed by Dan and his team, I knew I would be in safe hands for my period property renovation.
We decided to completly redo our entire downstairs, including new windows, bespoke book shelfs, flooring, knocking the kitchen wall through, removing and replacing the kitchen, the list goes on.
Dan and his team provided sound advice and expertise throughout the project, often explaining how and why things were being done in a certain way. Mine and my fiancé's views were taken on without question, and the team often went above and beyond to provide a level of quality and finish.
As this was the first of many major works, we will be going nowhere else to realise our property dream!

This company recently completed a ground floor extension for us, comprising of a large utility room, a small fourth bedroom and an enlarged downstairs hall and cloakroom.
We are very pleased with the end result which we consider to be a high quality end product which was delivered for a fair price - and that price being exactly what was agreed and contracted up front. Absolutely no nasty surprises along the way, which we have certainly experienced with certain other builders in the past!
Dan Mcentee is the principal of a firm small enough to care, but big enough to get the job done. He project managed a small team of directly employed people as well as bringing in a tried and trusted variety of trade specialists as required. Dan himself was also hands on for a significant proportion of the build, including the creation of bespoke roof trusses on site and fitting out both the utility room and the new cloakroom units.
Our property was previously an old agricultural barn and is over 100 years old. Dan went to great trouble to source reclaimed bricks and roof tiles to closely match the existing stock - the end result being that it is very hard to tell that the extension is newly built - exactly what we wanted!
He and his team were cheerful, practical, flexible and resourceful. As such, even before the project was concluded, we had no hesitation in recommending this company to both of our sons and their partners. They have since had a variety of internal and external works completed to their full satisfaction at their respective properties in Astwood Bank and Bidford.
Finally, can we add that having been lucky enough to have found a capable and reliable builder, as funds become available to undertake further projects, we will have no hesitation in asking D M Property Services to do the necessary work. We won't even bother with our usual three quotes - as we trust both their quality of work and their price point.
