We were nervous about getting the right tradesperson to do this as we knew the importance of angling the tiles correctly to ensure the right ‘fall’ of the water. He project managed a small team of directly employed people as well as bringing in a tried and trusted variety of trade specialists as required. Dan himself was also hands on for a significant proportion of the build, including the creation of bespoke roof trusses on site and fitting out both the utility room and the new cloakroom units. Our property was previously an old agricultural barn and is over 100 years old. Dan went to great trouble to source reclaimed bricks and roof tiles to closely match the existing stock - the end result being that it is very hard to tell that the extension is newly built - exactly what we wanted! He and his team were cheerful, practical, flexible and resourceful. As such, even before the project was concluded, we had no hesitation in recommending this company to both of our sons and their partners. They have since had a variety of internal and external works completed to their full satisfaction at their respective properties in Astwood Bank and Bidford.
